In September 2025, Odessit Capital acquired a single-family parcel in Chestnut Hill, ideally located between Larz Anderson Park and The Country Club. The team initially explored a two-townhome development concept, consistent with several prior projects in Brookline. After further analysis, it was determined that the highest and best use of the property would be a new, ground-up single-family residence, unlocking the site’s full potential and revitalizing a previously underutilized parcel. As of January 2026, the team has completed full architectural plans and submitted for a demolition permit to remove the existing, outdated structure and prepare the site for construction.
