Mason: In January of 2025, Odessit Capital acquired an oversized single family parcel situated near Corey Hill, Brookline at 70 Mason Terrace. Having wrapped up another project on Mason Terrace earlier that year, the development team was eager to get back to work on this nearby parcel. The development team was able to subdivide the existing parcel into two abutting lots which will accommodate two single family homes. The existing home – which had remained vacant long enough for overgrowth on the property to entirely obscure the house from the street – was demolished, and the pre-foundation site work has been completed. As of January 2026, we are awaiting a building permit from the Town of Brookline to begin construction.
