Odessit Capital is actively involved in both mixed-use and multi-family development sites in supply-constrained markets. Working alongside our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, we pride ourselves on successfully navigating the complex and nuanced nature in procuring neighborhood/community support for our projects. Our hands-on approach is demonstrated in each facet of the development track, reflective in permitting, financing, design, construction, and stabilization.
Asset Management
Odessit Capital exclusively manages and maintains the entirety of our real estate portfolio. Our in-house staff is dedicated to ensuring that each asset is managed effectively while ensuring a positive tenant experience.
