The strategy associated with the asset is to construct develop a luxury two-unit condo project. The property is currently undergoing an extensive construction program which will be enhanced by the incredible skyline views of Boston, the introduction of multiple rear decks, as well as additional on-site parking. The resulting condos are expected to be delivered for occupancy in October of 2023.
