In May of 2022, Odessit Capital closed on a neglected multi-family property situated at the top of Summit Ave, in close proximity to Corey Hill. The strategy associated with the asset was to fully gut the existing structure and redevelop the floor plan into a luxury two-unit condo building. As of July 2024, the property is currently in the final stages of that extensive construction program, and an offer has been accepted on one of the two condos. The second condo will be publicly marketed for sale in the very near future as finish punch lists are finalized. A few photos of the near-finished product can be viewed below.
