Odessit Capital purchased an existing multi-family located at 286 Maverick along with an abutting parcel of raw land at 284 Maverick Street in June of 2021. The building at 286 Maverick underwent a significant construction program and was fully stabilized in September of 2022. The parcel at 284 Maverick sought and received a variance to construct an additional four apartment units after an extensive process involving the JPNA, BPDA, ZBA, as well as local residents of Jeffries Point. Construction is scheduled to commence in the Fall of 2022.
