In April of 2021, Odessit Capital purchased a Georgian style single family property in the Fisher Hill neighborhood of Brookline. The property is ideally located within a few hundred feet from the Beaconsfield Train stop along the Green Line. The project scope will incorporate an ANR subdivision to construct two single family homes. Construction will commence in the fall of 2022 with delivery slated for the summer of 2023.
