In August of 2021 Odessit Capital purchased the iconic lodging house located in the heart of the Coolidge Corner neighborhood of Brookline. The property consists of fifteen rooms which are being leased to local area professionals. The longer-term objective is to reposition the asset for a condominium project with an affordability component given its proximity to the Green Line as well as Longwood Medical area.
